Delivery Address

You have the option to give a different delivery address to the invoice/card address. This means that you can have the parcel sent to, for example, your workplace or to a friend as a gift. Please try and give an address where there will be someone present to sign for your order between 9am and 6pm Monday to Friday. You also have the option to give instructions for the parcel(s) to be left with a neighbour or in another safe place, however goods are left at your own risk.

Delivery Times

We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 working days. Orders to UK mainland are dispatched on a next working day delivery service. Orders to offshore UK destinations and Scottish Highlands are sent on a two-day service. Delivery times to European destinations are usually between 3-8 working days. Deliveries sent to BFPO addresses can differ greatly. Allowances should be made for orders placed at the weekend and at times of National Holidays. Delivery times are quoted in good faith, we cannot accept liability for any expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or late deliveries.

Stock Shortages

We work very hard to make sure we have all the items available on our website in-stock, however occasionally some items will be out of stock. In these cases, we will notify you of the delay and give you the opportunity to select an alternative, cancel the item(s) or receive the complete order when it is in stock.

Furniture Orders

These orders are usually delivered within 2-4 weeks although some items may take up to 6 weeks. You’ll be advised of the estimated delivery date shortly after your order is placed. If you would like to know the estimated delivery date before you place your order, or for furniture delivery quotes outside of UK mainland please contact us.

Product Transport Restrictions

Please note we cannot send aerosols, flammable or hazardous items to overseas destinations. We will let you know if you have ordered any restricted items before we dispatch your order.

European Delivery

Charges start from £15.00, prices quoted at checkout are for mainland areas of selected countries only. In some circumstances the delivery charge may need to be increased to allow for large or heavy items, however you will be informed of this before your order is dispatched.
